# NibbleIQ

> NibbleIQ is a food and symptom diary by Aryabhatta Labs. It helps people record meals, drinks, feelings and daily context, then explore associations in their own observations.

People can type a meal, dictate using their keyboard's microphone, or repeat a recent meal. Photo logging is in limited testing and is not available to everyone. Food and drink records include nutrition estimates; users do not need to enter calories to keep a diary.

Feeling entries cover bloating, acidity, headaches, energy, sleep and hunger. Everyday context can include busy routines and travel. Comfortable moments matter too: a missed check-in is not treated as feeling fine. Food and drink comparisons can require days confirmed as fully logged.

Patterns are exploratory associations, not diagnoses or proof of a cause. There is no fixed time to discover a pattern, and the available records may not support a clear connection. NibbleIQ does not provide medical or nutritional advice or replace medical care.
